Pre-University Education Centre - The pre-university education centre (PUEC) was set up in September 1996. Victor A. Estraikh is Director of the Centre (room 206, VI building, tel.: (+7 383 346-35-75). The Centre comprises a technical lyceum and a preparatory department.

 Preperatory Department - The Preparatory Department, which is an important constituent part of the PUEC, is designed to prepare applicants for admission examinations in NSTU and other universities and colleges.

 Technical Lyceum - The Technical Lyceum, a municipal secondary comprehensive school, was set up in NSTU in 1996. The department of education in the City Administration and Novosibirsk State Technical University are the founders of the lyceum. The lyceum holds a licence and has received full accreditation and attestation.
